Project Scope
The National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA) hired King Rose to build 50,000 square feet of its Goddard Institute’s Manhattan offices. The multi-phased build includes six floors of office space, as well as a state-of the art data center. King Rose ensures a secure and clean environment while working in occupied spaces, so that NASA can focus on their mission-critical global research.

The House of Creed is one of the world’s oldest yet most modern fragrance houses, spanning seven generations from father to son for over 250 years. Each scent is weighed, mixed, macerated & filtered all by hand in the highest tradition of the House's founder, James Creed. Today, Sixth Generation and Master Perfumer Olivier Creed & his son, Erwin Creed, carry on the craft from their Parisian laboratory continuing the art of Creed's perfume making—a timeless, yet modern take on history, bottled.

Interior fit out & exterior storefront renovation for the luxury fashion retailer. Located on the ground floor of a 100+ year old building in New York City’s West Village Historic District, the project required approvals from the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Working with a highly compressed schedule, the design, filing & construction for the project was completed within four months. The interior fit-out included a complement of modern & nature-inspired fixtures in the main retail space, dressing rooms & additional areas for entertaining customers to enjoy Billy Reid’s classic American aesthetic.
